RedGage monetizes your social networking

RedGage is a bit of a new twist on the revenue sharing mold. The site pays you for your online content and monetizes your social activity; so in theory you could be making money just by doing what you already are doing on Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Blogger etc. RedGage pays based on the value of your content, measured by page views/popularity. It is a slightly different, and maybe less transparent, model to the more common adsense sharing. Payment is via a RedGage debit card issued to you once you reach your first payout and then automatically topped up as you earn.

One of the best features of RedGage is it can automatically pull your stuff from other sites so you don't even have to regularly visit the site once you've signed up and set this up for whichever services you want to push content to RedGage.

RedGage certainly feels a lot more like a genuine social networking site akin to Facebook etc rather than a simple bookmarking and link rating place. To get the most from it in terms of making money it probably is necessary to be reasonably active on the site. However if you simply set it up to run on auto pilot and let it take your quality content from the sites you upload to it'll bring seo and brand building benfits, any cash is then a bonus.
